Use a ready-made, public demo page to let teammates, stakeholders and customers talk to your project RAG chatbot without any authentication.

What is the public demo page?

The demo page is a hosted, shareable URL for your project. Anyone with the link can open the page, read your short description and immediately start chatting with your FileBrain.Pro agent using the knowledge base of that project.

  • No login required for visitors – perfect for quick tests and feedback rounds.
  • Uses the same RAG configuration as your main project (documents, embeddings, LLM, etc.).
  • Safe to share with teammates, beta testers or selected customers.

Configure the demo experience

You control the look & messaging of the demo page from your project settings in the Demo tab.

Key settings

  • Chat header – short title shown at the top of the demo chat.
  • Welcome message 1 – first greeting explaining what this chatbot is for.
  • Welcome message 2 – follow-up message that nudges users to ask a question.
  • Chatbot avatar URL – optional custom avatar icon for your assistant.

Share the demo link

The demo URL is available from the project area (for example via the Integrations screen). You can paste this link directly into emails, chats, tickets or internal docs.

  • Send it to potential customers to validate whether the chatbot answers the right questions.
  • Share it with internal teams (support, sales, product) to collect scenarios and feedback.
  • Use it during demos or onboarding calls as a clean, focused test environment.

Best practices for external testing

  • Write a clear first welcome message that tells visitors what the bot knows and what to try.
  • Align demo colors and avatar with your brand so the page feels familiar to users.
  • Review conversation logs after tests to see real questions and adjust your knowledge base.
  • Use a dedicated project for demos so you can experiment without touching production settings.
