GetCourse Integration

Connect GetCourse learner messages to FileBrain.Pro Flows so your project can respond and route support conversations automatically.

To use GetCourse with Flows, configure this integration and keep one GetCourse flow active in the project. See the GetCourse Flows connector page for the available nodes and examples.

1

Open project integrations

Go to your project → IntegrationsConfigure GetCourse.

2

Account settings

Fill in the GetCourse account details that FileBrain.Pro will use to receive events and perform selected actions:

  • School account name - subdomain before .getcourse.ru (full URL is also accepted)
  • GetCourse API key - used by flow action nodes such as replying, reading learner data, and updating dialogs
  • Dev API key (optional) - only fill this in if your school already has a special GetCourse developer key

Keep these keys private. They are only needed in the integration settings and in protected flow variables or node fields.

3

Enable GetCourse events

Select which GetCourse events should trigger your active GetCourse flow. Start with incoming message events if your goal is automated support replies.

Incoming messages
  • Created new dialog from learner message
  • Reopened closed dialog from learner message
  • New message from learner

Only enable events you plan to handle in a flow. Additional event types may appear in the settings UI as they become available.

4

Save and verify

Click Save. FileBrain.Pro connects GetCourse to the correct project automatically, so you do not need to copy or manage any technical connection details manually.

After saving, review the setup result in the integration settings. A successful setup means FileBrain.Pro can receive the selected GetCourse events. If GetCourse rejects the connection, update the account name or keys and save again.

5

Connect to a Flow

Create or activate a flow with the GetCourse trigger. When a selected event arrives, the active flow runs automatically and can read the message, call AI/RAG nodes, update the dialog, add notes, move departments, or close the dialog. See Getting Started with Flows and the GetCourse connector page.

Troubleshooting

  • Setup is not successful - check the school account name and keys, then save the integration again.
  • No events firing - ensure at least one incoming message event is enabled and exactly one GetCourse flow is active for the project.
  • Flow runs but cannot update GetCourse - verify that the GetCourse API key has permission to read learner data and update dialogs.
